These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Oak Nation’s CRM system, websites, and related services. By registering or using our CRM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “User” refers to anyone accessing or using Oak Nation CRM (staff, clients, partners, or volunteers).

  • “Services” refers to the CRM platform and related support provided by Oak Nation.

  • “We/Us/Our” refers to Oak Nation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to use our CRM. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users.

  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the CRM for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Misuse personal data obtained through the CRM.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the CRM is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the CRM, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted CRM access but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages may occur.

7. Fees & Payments

If CRM use involves fees:

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Oak Nation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may request account deletion at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and intellectual property in Oak Nation CRM remain the property of Oak Nation unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce or distribute without prior consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the CRM after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and, where applicable, GDPR requirements for international users.
